The Moskva Collection is the retail portion of a larger project known as the Moskva Hotel. The retail development program called for three floors of refined, internationally branded shops, which would produce a sense of elite destination. Providing flexibility to accommodate merchant needs while creating a sense of spaciousness to meet customer expectations was essential, as were convenient parking and customer comfort. Simplicity of form, clarity of movement, refinement of details, classic elegance and quality of materials were required to create differentiation.
